taster sessions
Taster sessions can be an opportunity for you to see what a session feels like. It is a good way to see if people would like a meditation for beginners course run locally or more tailored 1:1 sessions.
beginners meditation
Includes: the benefits of meditation, an introduction to the breath and how to use it to calm your mind or build focus and attention, a range of meditation techniques , how we build habits and how to take meditation into your daily life.
one to one sessions
The benefit of a 1:1 session is that they are tailored to you. We can explore what you are trying to gain out of meditating and what types of meditation suit you. We can look at developing some skills that you can keep returning to as and when you need them, or how to build a more solid practice - to support you in a more ongoing way. A very powerful way to build some resilience and confidence whilst learning how to listen and respond to your body.
women’s meditation group
This is an open group and a space for women to explore and develop their meditation practice. Weekly online sessions with an opportunity to meet up face to face throughout the year.
