women’s meditation group


Meditation is wave-like.  It peaks and troughs.  And sometimes in the choppy bits it's good to have others around to pick up the slack.  It's good when we are feeling strong to be able to pull together for others.  Practice is so much easier within a group.  Sometimes I'll show up for others when I wouldn't show up for myself.

Let's navigate some waters together.  Get curious about meditation and where it can take us. I want this group to be an anchor but also provide a space for us to explore, push out a bit, go to new places with our practice. To include some sound, some movement.

Drop in and out as feels right.  There is always space on this boat.
